2. Anonymous / pseudonymised use of the website

We only use the data recorded via our live chat to process enquiries received via this chat. No personal data is transferred directly.

Once the enquiry has been processed, the data collected will be deleted immediately, provided there are no statutory retention periods.


You have the option of using a separate login area on our website. If you have forgotten your password or user name for this area, it is possible to have this data sent to you again after entering your contact details (e-mail address).

We only collect, store and process the usage data generated in the course of using the login area in order to combat misuse and rectify faults or to maintain functionality.

The data will not be used for other purposes or passed on to third parties. The data collected as part of the ‘forgotten user name or password’ function will only be used to resend forgotten access data.


The data entered in the signup form for our newsletter will be used by us exclusively for sending our newsletter, in which we provide information about all our services. After you have signed up, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing a link that you must click on to complete your registration for our newsletter (double opt-in).

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Your data will be deleted by us within six months of unsubscribing. Your data will also be deleted by us within six months if you do not complete your registration.

4. Data transfer / purpose limitation

Anonymised user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose. We do not use cookies in Matomo. The data collected using Matomo technology (including your anonymised IP address) is processed on our servers in Germany.

The information generated by Matomo cannot be used to personally identify visitors to this website due to anonymisation.

Revocation of data storage by Matomo (formerly Piwik)
