2. Anonymous / pseudonymised use of the website

You can always visit our website without providing personal information. We only process access data such as the name of your ISP, the web page you are coming from, or the name of the requested file. The data are evaluated only to optimize our appearance and do not allow for individual identification.

Our site offers you various features such as a 30 days free basic trial or paid services where personal data is collected and processed with their consent. In the collection, processing and use of this data, we attach great importance to the utmost care. Below we explain what happens to this data:

• Employee feedback:
The data recorded in the feedback mask will be forwarded to your company. The input and the consent to the further processing of this data, we see as voluntary, since there is a legitimate interest in the fact that input feedback also arrives. If the feedback is anonymous, your company will not receive any personal information. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@company-mood.com.

• Live chat feature:
The data collected through our live chat will only be used to process requests received through this chat. This does not directly transfer personal data. When entering data to contact us, data may be transmitted to third parties. Third-party services that receive personal services are contractually processed. The data collected will be deleted immediately if there are no legal retention periods.

• Login area:
You have the opportunity to use a separate login area on our website. If you have forgotten your password or your username for this area, it is possible to resend this data after entering your contact details (email address). The usage data resulting from the use of the login area will only be collected, stored and processed by us for the purpose of preventing and correcting malfunctions or maintaining the functionality. Use for other purposes or a data transfer to third parties does not take place. The data, which is collected within the scope of the function 'Forgotten user name or password', will only be used for the re-sending of forgotten access data.

• Newsletter:
The data included in the registration form of our newsletter will be used by us exclusively for the distribution of our newsletter, in which we inform about all our services. After signing up, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link that you must click to complete the registration for our newsletter (Double-Opt-In). The newsletter can be unsubscribed at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Your data will be deleted within six months after the cancellation. Likewise, if your application is not completed, your information will be deleted within six months.

We only pass on personal data to third parties, as far as this is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations, in particular for the execution of a closed contract.
