Mood Barometer
We measure employee mood on a 5-point smiley scale (Likert scale) to gauge the general workplace climate. In the second step, employees are asked about the topics that influenced their mood. Topics can be rated and commented on individually, giving you a clear overview of what truly matters and what can wait.
Topic areas can be customized in the administration. The questions remain the same, as changes can affect the validity of the survey.
Feedback is simple, culturally unambiguous for international teams, and meaningful down to the department level.
Message Box
Send ideas, suggestions, criticism, or praise at any time through the Message Box — independent of the mood rating.
In anonymous mode, messages are anonymous and can only be viewed anonymously by company administrators or managers. The Message Box also allows employees to send feedback non-anonymously, even when the company account is in anonymous mode.
Ratings submitted via the Message Box do not count toward the mood rating and cannot skew mood data for teams or departments.
Chat
With the Chat feature, managers can reply to employee comments. Employees can see who is responding and remain anonymous in anonymous mode, unless they choose to identify themselves during the conversation.
Surveys
With the CompanyMood survey system, existing employee surveys can be transferred or custom questionnaires can be created.
