Accompanying and documenting changes
With Action Management, we complete the digital feedback process with an important step: operational measures can be planned, implemented, and documented in CompanyMood. Each measure can be scoped to the company or department level and communicated to the relevant teams. This saves managers significant time in change management while fulfilling documentation requirements for occupational health assessments or HR reporting.
All measures at a glance
Creating a measure is simple and includes the key information:
- Name and description of the measure
- Status: 0 – 100%
- Responsible person (creator)
- Involved persons (employees / managers)
- Topic areas
Scope: Either the entire company or individual departments can be selected, with sub-departments needing to be selected separately.
With the chat function, the measure can be discussed internally and remains invisible to others, encouraging and simplifying collaboration between those involved.
Kanban-style organization
Arrange measures by implementation status from left to right using drag and drop. Sort them from top to bottom for prioritization.
Who can see the measure?
Initially, only those responsible and involved can see the measure and contribute to it via chat. The “responsible person” (manager or administrator) is the creator. Managers and employees can be added to a measure and can discuss it and upload files.
Public announcement
The internal chat remains reserved for those involved and is not visible to everyone. To communicate externally, the “Public Announcement” option must be selected – only then will the measure and its comment become publicly visible to all relevant employees.
Employees see the measure and message on their dashboard.
Employee reactions to the measure
Employees within the relevant scope (department / company) can react directly to a measure by clicking the “thumbs up / down” icon. Next to each comment, employees can also provide direct feedback on the measure or on published comments. Reactions are visible to those responsible and displayed next to the comment.
File upload
Files can be uploaded within a measure, are collected there, and can be downloaded by all parties involved.
