Rating Frequency

Settings for Frequency and Scheduling of Ratings

Mood ratings can be conducted at various intervals:

  • Daily ratings
  • Weekly ratings (every 1–3 weeks)
  • Monthly ratings (every 1–3 months)

In the notification settings, you can also configure the exact days and times for the rating prompt and any optional reminder.

General Rules

  • The rating interval can be changed at any time. You can choose whether the new interval takes effect from the end of the last period or at the end of the current rating period.
  • Only one rating can be submitted per rating period. Afterward, the rating can still be edited for 24 hours before it is permanently saved.
  • The Message Box can always be used. Employees can choose to send messages anonymously or with their name.

Delivery Method

By default, notifications are sent via email and push notifications (via the app). Optionally, the Slack integration (CompanyMood bot EVA) can also deliver mood rating prompts via Slack chat.

Our Recommendation

Choose the frequency with available capacities in mind. A medium frequency (once a month) is a good way to ease into processing feedback. A higher frequency (daily, weekly) provides faster insights and enables timely action.
