Statements

Communicating news and reactions

With Statements, supervisors, administrators, or managers can share news with their area of responsibility (departments/sub-departments). Either the entire company or individual departments can be selected, with sub-departments needing to be selected separately.

A statement is communicated via email (and later also via push notification) to all relevant parties and can be viewed in CompanyMood.

Statements are particularly well-suited for communicating changes, sharing strategic goals, or simply conveying news. Especially during times of crisis, Statements can improve the flow of communication and have a directly positive impact on the assessment of company communication.

Draft and publication

Statements can be saved as drafts and published at the click of a button once editing is complete. When composing a Statement, two additional interaction options are available:

Reactions to Statements

When composing a Statement, you can choose whether employees are able to react to it – anonymously or non-anonymously. Options include rating the Statement or commenting on it to encourage discussion on a particular topic.

Ratings (anonymous)

Ratings allow employees to anonymously rate a Statement with thumbs up/down, providing quick and simple feedback on its reception.

Comments (non-anonymous)

Commenting is also enabled to allow discussions on topics. Comments are non-anonymous and visible to all parties who can see the Statement, ensuring constructive exchange and promoting an open feedback culture.

Roles / Permissions

Statements can be written by supervisors and admins for all areas. Department managers can write Statements for their department and its sub-departments.
