Setting Up Email / Push Notifications
If you want to receive email or push notifications less frequently, or turn them off entirely because you primarily use the app, this can be adjusted in your personal settings.
The weekly status email is only available to department managers and administrators.

I Forgot My Password
If your old password no longer works or you’ve forgotten it, don’t worry. Your password can be reset via email in just a few steps. Click the “Forgot password” link on the login screen. After entering your email address, you’ll receive an email with a reset link.
Why Isn’t the New Password Input Working?
If you experience problems creating a new password or logging in afterward, please make sure that:
- Your account was activated by clicking the confirmation link
- Your first and last name were entered during first-time registration
- No ad blocker or similar browser plugin is active
