How Do We Measure Employee Satisfaction?

Once employees have been invited to CompanyMood and have registered, all participants are reminded to submit their mood rating via a regular email or push notification.

CompanyMood is available for rating via browser (web), mobile app, or terminal devices.

Employees rate their mood in two steps:

  1. Mood Barometer — to capture the overall workplace climate
  2. Which topics influenced your mood? — topic-level rating with optional comments

This two-step approach captures both the overall workplace climate and all influencing topics. Topics rated in the second step are evaluated separately — individual topics and their ratings are collected and analyzed, so topic areas can show trends and scores independent of the overall mood.
