Each smiley has a point value. The smiley values are collected to calculate the Happiness Score.

CompanyMood is especially easy to understand thanks to its intuitive smiley-based rating. The meaning of a laughing or crying smiley is universally clear, regardless of country or culture.

To evaluate the results, point values are assigned to each selectable smiley, enabling accurate measurement and analysis. We call the outcome of this rating the Happiness Score — it enables continuous benchmarking of mood and performance across departments.
