Running custom or pre-built surveys
With the CompanyMood survey system, pre-built employee surveys can be used or custom questionnaires can be created – supplementing and deepening the regular mood and topic surveys as needed.
Surveys can
- contain an unlimited number of questions and answers
- include follow-up questions based on previous answers
- be created by department managers for their own area
be displayed in multiple languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PL, PT, RU, FI, DK, etc.)
be targeted at company or department level: either the entire company or individual departments can be selected, with sub-departments needing to be selected separately.
be activated once or on a recurring basis at scheduled times (date and time)
be exported as PDF, .xls, or CSV
Creating a questionnaire
A questionnaire contains all desired questions. Answer categories can be chosen as needed and customized with additional settings. CompanyMood offers the following question types:
- Scale (Numeric or Free text)
- Free text
- Multiple or Single Choice
- Rating (Stars)
- Date, Numbers
- Yes / No
Flexible scheduling for employee surveys
Surveys serve a wide variety of information-gathering purposes: How was the summer party? How is the cafeteria food? How is communication between departments? While some surveys are only conducted once, others should be repeated every six months for comparison. We offer recurring survey scheduling in days, weeks, months, or even years.
Employee surveys that are enjoyable
When developing the survey system, we made sure that creating and completing surveys is genuinely enjoyable. Survey results can be extracted in real time and via PDF export.
Surveys at role and device level
Surveys can be targeted by department, role, or device, and can be sent exclusively to department managers or employees separately. Differentiation by device makes it possible to use surveys via the web or app version, or exclusively on a terminal (tablet) where individual surveys can be placed (events, restaurants, meeting rooms).
