What Topic Areas Are Available?

Which Topics Influenced Your Mood?

During mood submission, predefined topic areas are suggested that may have contributed to the employee’s current mood.

While CompanyMood provides a standard selection of topics, it is also possible to add custom topics or replace existing ones. Reducing the list is also an option.

15 topics are included by default (e.g., Further Training, Working Hours, Communication, Salary). Custom topic areas allow additional, individual reasons to be added to the mood rating, making feedback categorizable for better analysis.

We recommend starting with the default topics, as they already enable a well-developed analysis.
