Grouping employees and departments into teams
Administrators and supervisors can create teams that enable segmentation alongside existing departments.
Teams can consist of employees from different departments (cross-departmental) and/or entire departments.
Teams aggregate and display existing mood ratings from team members recorded during the regular mood analysis.
Additionally, one or more team leads can be appointed who – just like admins and supervisors – can view their team’s mood under Statistics – My Teams.
Surveys at team level
To increase the value of the team structure, we have introduced the ability to run surveys at the team level. In addition to mood tracking, managers can target surveys to specific groups. This is useful, for example, when you want to survey participants from a training session, or when you want to survey office and field employees separately.
