Anonymous or non-anonymous messages
CompanyMood is designed for anonymous use. Employee data is pseudonymized and aggregated at the department level (or higher), so that no conclusions can be drawn about the individual submitting a rating.
In some cases, however, non-anonymous participation is desired – for example, when submitting an improvement suggestion or participating in improvement measures. Below we outline the options available to participants.
In the message box, employees can indicate whether they want to submit their feedback anonymously or transparently.
