Comparing mood within the company

Department managers can compare the mood of their departments with the overall company mood. We added this benchmark to visualize improvements and declines compared to the company-wide Happiness Score.

This way, department managers always know where their department stands relative to the entire company.

In addition, admins or supervisors can configure whether department managers receive a company report or not.
